From Samantha:

I don’t consider myself a vegetarian by any means, but after looking over a normal eating day for me I realize I’m not getting enough iron and zinc. I eat meat/seafood maybe 2-3 times a week for dinner but that’s clearly not enough – I need to be eating red meat, poultry and seafood every day in order to get those levels up. I’m embarrassed to see that I didn’t get 100% in any of the vitamins/minerals I was tracking for the day. This exercise was a huge reality check for me!
