Mango Magnesium Smoothie

1 5oz Can Mango Vitamin Dose

1 Cup Peeled Ripe Mango

½ Banana

¼ Cup of Your Favorite Yogurt

A Good Dose Of: Magnesium, Vitamin C, Vitamin B-6, Vitamin A, Calcium
